We aim to dispatch all orders within one working day. All orders will be dispatched using Royal Mail Second Class, unless you opt for a next day delivery service.

Royal Mail will usually deliver Second Class items within three working days, but delays sometimes happen that are unfortunately outside of our control (especially so with the recent strikes). Please be patient if this is the case!

Collect your order from the Hebden Bridge store during opening hours – simply select your collection date during checkout and we’ll have it ready for you.

We’ll hold orders for up to 7 days after your collection date, and will refund any uncollected orders to the original payment method.
