Delivery
Orders will be dispatched using Royal Mail Second Class unless you opt for a next day delivery service. We aim to dispatch all orders within one working day. You must order before 1PM for delivery next working day.
Royal Mail will usually deliver Second Class items within three working days, and their express service the next working day. Delays sometimes can and do happen with Royal Mail that are unfortunately outside of our control.
Click & Collect
Orders placed for Click & Collect must be collected from our Hebden Bridge store during our opening hours. You will be able to select your collection date during checkout.
We will hold orders for one week after your collection date, and refund any uncollected orders to the original payment method after this time.
